Following the launch of the call for the ASTRE project proposals, to co-finance support for innovative research projects, the Essonne department council awarded an ASTRE prize on 6 October 2014 to the project presented by LSCE and ECOMESURE. Their project aims to develop and brand a gold-standard calibration bench for measuring the size and number of atmospheric particles and nanoparticles. It was chosen for its technical and scientific innovation as well as for its economic reach.
